Operating under the name Good For Her since 2019, Alexa Dony is a self-taught manicurist and editorial nail artist. Favoring unconventional, conceptual designs, Alexa believes in creating nails as wearable art that makes everyday life more beautiful. Her work is distinguished by a meticulous attention to detail, a sense of style and color, and a keen eye for overall presentation.

Alexa's passion stems from a desire to create designs that transcend what the mainstream market currently offers. Initially experimenting on herself, her talent was quickly noticed, leading her to create custom nails for several personalities involved in the cultural scene. Alexa's creations have since appeared in the experimental magazine Aqua Regia, the trend book Viewpoint Colour as well as The Frankie Shop's online boutique, earning her an interview with Shoutout LA in 2022.

Constantly seeking to redefine her own boundaries, Alexa draws her references from both nature and culture, crafting nails inspired by sea creatures, glaciers, corals and orchids, just as well as inlaid faux piercings and color palettes based on her favorite outfits from the latest fashion shows.
