Styling

Amanda Lee Shirreffs is a fashion stylist inspired by performance and the transformational quality of clothing. Her journey finds its roots in her early years as a ballerina and from Madonna’s Jean Paul Gaultier looks during the Truth or Dare Tour. These moments laid the foundation for Amanda’s career and shaped her profound understanding of the power of styling.

Her path began in London, where she studied at the London College of Fashion, which opened doors to apprenticing for industry giants such as Mariano Vivanco, Burberry, and Dolce&Gabbana. Amanda’s passion for styling flourished at Dolce&Gabbana where she was challenged to style models for buying meetings. Shortly after, she began working for a British recording artist, which led her to collaborate with model Karen Elson and esteemed entities like The BBC, ELLE US, and The British Fashion Council.

Amanda’s editorial finesse shines through her extensive experience, including her work on Super Star for Roberto Cavalli, Vogue Italia’s Through My Eyes, Midnight Ramblers for Dazed Magazine, Items: Is Fashion Modern? for the MoMA, and much more. In contrast, Amanda has seamlessly extended her vision to create captivating commercial projects. Her work with clients like Indigo, The Bay, Converse, Pandora, and Starbucks demonstrates her ability to adapt her creative approach across different platforms.
